Atos is the unique worldwide manufacturer offering a full range of digital proportional valves, pumps and axis card with PROFINET
IRT communication. Its isochronous features and the exchange data rate up to 250 µsec, make it the ideal
solution for high-performance motion controls powered by SIEMENS units.
Starting from December 2018, the whole range of Atos electronics with EP option will support both protocols PROFINET RT and IRT.

Ex-proof digital proportionals
We are working hard to renovate the whole range of Ex-proof digital valves with on-board electronics.
New Ex-proof directional, flow and pressure proportionals will be ATEX and IECEx certified. They will provide the same features of running series of standard digital proportionals, such as USB port for programming and diagnostics, wide range of industrial Ethernet
communications, plus P/Q and axis controls.
New Ex-proof digital proportionals will available in Q1/2019.

New big sizes safety cartridges
New safety cartridges LIDA/FI and LIDASH/FI are designed for applications requiring high flow rate and max pressure up to 420 bar with leak free features, particularly appreciated in big size presses.
The new ISO cartridges with FI inductive proximity sensor will be available in sizes 63, 80 and 100 with flow up to
9.000 l/min. They will be certified by TÜV according to Machine directive 2006/42/EC.

LIQZH servocartridges
LIQZH servocartridges perform ultra-fast response particularly appreciated in die casting or fast forging presses.
Specifically designed to precisely control small flow during low speed phase and achieve the highest acceleration with max control stability during the speed phase.
They are characterized by response times 30÷40% faster than standard cartridges, with performance aligned to Parker TDP.

Servocylinders with safety locking
The automotive sector demand of high performance and ever more complex automation systems, require stand-alone safety systems capable to stop production process anytime, preventing damages.
Atos servocylinders with safety system permit to lock cylinder rod in any stroke position, in order to prevent the mold vertical fall in case of emergency. The mechanical lock is activated when the hydraulic pressure is removed, as like in case of oil pipe break. The holding force reaches 450 kN for 140 mm rod.
